3D Modeling

3D computer modeling is an indispensable tool if you are doing product development. Your idea can be
turned into a 3 dimensional representation of a part or assembly that is virtually real in every way.

It can be weighed, sectioned and inspected, checked for interferences, and rendered into a photograph that, often, can not be distinguished from the real thing. Production costs can often be very accurately estimated at this stage of the project.

The completed 3D model can be sent to a 3D "printer" to be turned into a part that you can hold in your hand. These "printed" parts can be assembled into prototypes that can be tested for function and reviewed for marketability before any fabrication expense has been incurred.

The models can then be sent to fabricators for tooling and production.
